Are durations for the passes on consecutive days or can I use them any day I want to? All durations noted in the passes are consecutive days. You have the freedom to choose when to activate your pass, but once you do, you have consecutive days from that point. Note: a day is complete at 11:59 pm on any day. Therefore, don't start using a pass late at night unless you can afford to give up that day. Children under 18 are free at National sites and some other museums. Of the 60+ sites in the Paris Museum Pass program, about 30 are national monuments. Some sites may require admission for children under 18, but usually you don't have to wait in line with passholders present. There is no guarantee however. Can I choose my own form of shipping? Yes. We have to be able to track every shipment from the departure
to arrival on your doorstep. This is to ensure timely and accurate
delivery. However, we allow you to choose DHL Ground Service as a
cheaper alternative. If you have a DHL, FEDEX, or UPS account number
we can ship via this method if you include your account number. Note
that all shipping is to physical addresses, PO boxes are not acceptable
and orders with PO boxes will not be assembled. NOTE ABOUT RATES: Shipping is calculated based upon your "zone" and upon your method chosen: ground, 2nd day air, or overnight. Rates are automatically shown as the max amount, or furthest zone from our shipping point. These rates therefore may go down when you complete the checkout process and enter your shipping address. WEEKENDS are not available for delivery. Delivery, whether overnight, 2nd day, or ground will come between Mon-Fri, except holidays. SATURDAY delivery is possible for additional charges in some circumstances. To request Saturday delivery you must contact us by phone or email. SIGNATURE REQUIRED on all deliveries. Yes, however the cost of doing so makes the cost of purchasing the passes prohibitively high. See below about vouchers. NOTE: Airport transfers, Lido bookings, Excursions and Mini-Van tours do not require shipping. Therefore, we can email or fax vouchers rather easily to any corner of the globe. Certain passes are now available in voucher format and don't require shipping. You can order, pay, and then with your voucher you can pickup in Paris. This is great for last minute shoppers and residents outside our shipping zones. CLICK HERE What days are the museums open? There is not one day when all museums are closed, however Mondays and Tuesdays are the most common days that a museum may be closed. In your museum pass is a complete list of all the sites with each site's open hours, telephone number, and nearest metro stop. This will allow you to plan in advance where to visit and when in order to see the most. What are the hours of the metro? Approximately 5:00 am to Midnight daily. This applies generally to the RER and buses as well. Outside these hours, a taxi is recommended. How do I use my Visite Pass, and is the metro easy to use? Instructions will come with your passes indicating how to use and validate the pass. The Paris Metro is very easy to use and is quite extensive allowing visitors to get all around the city quickly. And, it is fun and often animated on the metro. Very few stations are considered unsafe, but prudence is always advised for travelers especially near popular sites as thieves can prey on people in crowded areas. What form of payment do you accept?

Are there handling fees on items you sell? There are no handling fees on the items we keep in stock; which are all the items shown on this site. TERMS AND CONDITIONS All rates are per person in U.S. dollars. Prices may vary due to fluctuation in the value of the U.S. dollar. All pass orders are filled and processed within 24 hours on business days. A charge from Discover France will appear on your credit card statement. Orders are generally fulfilled on the same day of ordering – between 8AM to 2PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders received after 2PM PST, over the weekend or during a holiday will be processed the next business day. Important: Your package will be delivered at the address indicated. A signature will be required. Discover France will not be held responsible for any packages lost once proof of delivery is provided by shipping carrier. The passes must be presented for admission at each attraction. All passes are good for general admission during normal operating hours. Discover France and its assigns are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. The rule applies in the event of closure of participating locations for public holidays or unforeseen events (strikes, etc.). Some blackout dates may occur. Consumers understand and agree that the payments via Credit Card or the mailing of the form accompanied a check or money order shall be decreed a binding acceptance of Discover France offer and that all sales are final.
Discover France With respect to Paris Day Tours, transfers and other non-pass bookings: Cancellation policy: Once a reservation has been confirmed and processed, cancellation fees apply. There is a non-refundable 15% fee for any cancellations made more than 72 business hours before scheduled pick up time. No refund for cancellations within 72 business hours prior to pick up time. There will be no refund for no-shows due to missed flights, flight cancellations or delays (i.e. weather, technical problems…). We always try to accommodate changes made more than 24 hours before scheduled pick up, however, because of the time difference, we are not able to make any modifications within 24 hours.
